Abstract:
Obsessive-compulsive disorder cognitive theory suggests that the attention bias of personal related threats materials are the main features of obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms. In recent years, scholars pay more attention on the attentional bias in OCD, but it is controversial in their choice of research methods. Based on a brief review of relevant studies of OCD attentional bias, major research paradigms of obsessive-compulsive disorder attentional bias(OCD-related Stroop task, dot probe task, spatial cues task)are introduced and compared. Finally, through the analysis of previous studies, theorientation and trends in future research of attentional bias are predicted in obsessive-compulsive disorder
