    On the School-running Conceptions and Demand for the Quality of Non-Compulsory Education

    • 摘要: 非义务教育结构层次复杂、目标多元,但办学理念是一致的,即非义务性,准公共性和专业性。对非义务教育的质量评定极其复杂,但可根据其办学理念找到其质量诉求的方向

       

      Abstract: The non-compulsory education is characterized by the complexity in structure and duality of educational purposes. In spite of this, its running conceptions are consistent, namely, non-compulsory, quasi public and professional. The evaluation of such education is extremely complicated, but we can find its quality direction according to its running conceptions
