Abstract: The work dealing with the petition letters and visits from rural people is still very heavy. Such petition letters and visits are in chaos and high-rate occurrence. The work dealing such issues bears on the overall situation of steady countryside and on the image of cadres in rural areas. To improve such work, we have to rebuild the governmental conceptions, streamline the relevant mechanism and systems, strengthen the education of people and integrate the governmental departments in charge of such work.
