    Cultural Education under Incentive and Restraint Mechanism in Chinese Sports Schools

    • 摘要: 运用文献资料、访谈、观察等研究方法,通过对新形势下我国体育运动学校运动员文化教育的必要性的分析,对影响体育运动学校运动员文化教育的微观层面——教师、教练员、学生三个主要因素进行深层次的探讨,从制度约束与激励视角,提出建立校内运动员参赛文化课审批制度、教师跟训与教练员跟学制度,建立教师业务评价制度,并纳入运动员文化教育的可操作性的教练员年度考核标准,学生、教师、教练员三位一体的激励制度等对策.

       

      Abstract: By means of literature review and interviews as well as observation, the paper probes into the three principal microcosmic layers---teacher, coach, and student---so as to conduct an in-depth investigation of the necessity of Sports School cultural education in China in the new current situation. And from the perspectives of incentive and restraint mechanism, the paper puts forward some countermeasures such as the establishment of an intramural examination and approval system for athletes' cultural courses, and the system for teacher follow-up training and coach follow-up learning, and the system for teacher's professional competence evaluation, which is to be included into the incentive mechanism in which the student, teacher and coach are treated as a trinity system and the operability of an athlete's cultural education is given first priority.
