Abstract:
By means of literature review and interviews as well as observation, the paper probes into the three principal microcosmic layers---teacher, coach, and student---so as to conduct an in-depth investigation of the necessity of Sports School cultural education in China in the new current situation. And from the perspectives of incentive and restraint mechanism, the paper puts forward some countermeasures such as the establishment of an intramural examination and approval system for athletes' cultural courses, and the system for teacher follow-up training and coach follow-up learning, and the system for teacher's professional competence evaluation, which is to be included into the incentive mechanism in which the student, teacher and coach are treated as a trinity system and the operability of an athlete's cultural education is given first priority.
