    Determination of Carbon-nitrogen Ratio of Citrus Peel Residue

    • 摘要: 以本地果汁生产所产生的柑橘皮渣为原料,采用重铬酸钾法和凯氏蒸馏法测定了其碳氮比,同时探索了测定中硫酸用量对测定结果的影响.结果表明:当样品量约0.3g时,重铬酸钾法中硫酸最佳用量为50mL和凯氏蒸馏法中硫酸最佳用量为6mL,在此条件下测得原料中碳氮比为36.

       

      Abstract: Citrus peel residue, which from local fruit juice production, was used as the raw materials in this study. The carbon-nitrogen ratio was determined through methods of potassium dichromate and Kjeldahl distillation, while the effect of the amount of sulfuric acid on the measurement results was explored. The results showed that: when the weight of raw materials was about 0.3 and 0.1 grams, the optimum amount of sulfuric acid was 50 mL and 6 mL for the methods of potassium dichromate and Kjeldahl distillation, respectively. The carbon-nitrogen ratio of 36 was obtained under the experimental conditions.
