Abstract:
In the traditional Chinese spiritual culture, dream has its own dualistic feature. The saying “One’s life is like a dream” seems to express a pessimistic feeling which has been brought by fantasy of the world and oneself. Nevertheless, the optimism is permeated in the unity between both a dream and one’s feeling in aesthetic ZHuangzi. Traveling one’s life like a dream is the internal requirement and expression of “life like a dream”, and is the aesthetic life form of dream travel. Meanwhile, as a kind of complex, dream shows the cultural natures in Chinese tradition.
