    On the Logical Structure of Chinese Culture’s Going-out Strategy

    • 摘要: 中国文化“走出去”战略的确立是在经济“走出去”之后。中国文化“走出去”战略的实施经过了两个阶段:从最初的侧重宏观构建“走出去”的开放格局和实施文化“走出去”的重大工程项目,到后来的“加快推动发展文化产业、大力扶持重点文化出口企业”的中观和微观并重战略,折射出国家高层关于中国文化“走出去”的战略逻辑变化轨迹,扩大了中华文化的世界影响力。

       

      Abstract: The Chinese culture’s going-out strategy was set when the Chinese economy had gone out. Such strategy has gone through two stages: the opening strategy of going-out with macro-construction as orientation and implementation of culture’s going-out from the very beginning, and strategy which speeds up the cultural development and supports in a great effort those key enterprises with culture export as orientation. Such two stages have reflected strategic changes of Chinese culture of Chinese top and meanwhile expanded the influence of Chinese culture around the world.
