Abstract: Based on a scientific recognition of the connotations about the community sports public service system, efforts are made on the construction of an entirely new public service system from the perspectives of content structure, the major participants of supply and demand, the supply model, service supervision, etc., aiming to provide community residents with sound sports service and supply the government decision-making bodies with theoretic grounds for community sports, thus to guide the national public service practice for community sports and promote the implementation of national fitness campaign in China, by means of the construction of a scientific, rational public service system for community public service.
