Abstract:
A probe into the existing literature has helped redefine the basic connotation of teaching skills which finds that the teaching skills are the product of interaction between the teacher, the teaching content, the learner and the teaching environment. It is an intellectual operation mode that is formed with the disciplinary knowledge, the teaching experience and the teacher’s subject consciousness. A three in one teaching skills training mode is produced by combination of classroom teaching, practical activities and self development, in which during classroom teaching, by means of “guide, explain, evaluate and research”, meaningful disciplinary knowledge can generate; and in doing practical activity, through the experiential learning community rich practical teaching experience can be accumulated; and in the process of self development, through a diversified form of self learning the teacher’s subject consciousness is developed.
