Abstract: The Party’s construction of universities is an important part of university affairs and is the foundation of universities. It is the guidance of various works. After 91 years of construction, the Chinese Communist Party has accumulated very rich experiences of government. However, in new century, situation and complicated international environment, such construction is facing with serious challenge. In addition to following the general rule of party’s construction, universities have to follow the developing rules of higher education. Only when we combine the two perfectly, guide the party’s construction with scientific theories, guarantee such construction with scientific systems, carry out such construction with scientific methods can we realize the scientific development of party’s construction, hence speed up the development of universities healthily.
