    A Survey and Analysis of Influences of Cooperative Education on Quality of Talent Training in Universities

    • 摘要: 人才培养是高等学校的中心工作,而合作教育作为人才培养模式的一种创新,它强调实践在人才培养中的重要性,弥补了传统教育活动的不足,为学生的全面发展提供了可能。问卷调查结果表明,合作教育在我国高校中已广泛开展,其对人才培养质量的影响主要体现在能有效提高学生的实际动手能力,而对学生认知能力的培养却影响有限;不同类型的高校选择的合作教育模式不尽相同,合作教育对学生产生的影响也有所差别;此外,合作教育目前还面临着一些问题需要加以解决,否则将影响我国合作教育的持续发展。

       

      Abstract: Talent training is the center of higher education institutions, and cooperative education as an innovative training model, which emphasizes the importance of practice in talent training, makes up for the deficiencies of the traditional educational activities and is conducive to the overall development of students. The survey results show that cooperative education is good at advancing students’ practical capability, whereas poor at cultivating cognition capability. Finally, some suggestion is afforded to the problems of cooperative education in our country.
