Abstract: In recent years, we have made great progress in system construction of indemnificatory housing. And more and more vulnerable groups have realized their dream of housing. However, there come some problems in the supply structure of public indemnificatory housing. Whether they can be solved perfectly will influence the sustained development of such project. To improve the housing supply and solve the housing problem of low income groups, we should make relevant laws as soon as possible to standardize the supply structure and integrate the current indemnificatory housing. On this basis, we can construct a system of indemnificatory housing with renting as the main way and sale as the secondary means in order to optimize such structure
