Abstract: Based on the sporting grounds of tennis sport, ananalysis is conducted to survey the present situation of the tennis sport in Neijiang. And the results show that the principal problems are the inadequate hardware facility and the low utilization of the existing facilities; the software facility too backward; a weak foundation of public tennis sport. In view of this, counter measures are put forth as follows: 1. change of concept and reinforcement of mental consciousness;2. To step up construction of tennis associations and active perfection of managerial and operating system; 3. To prompt development via sports activities and tennis games; 4. To include the sport into the construction of Cultural Neijiang, thus to meet the ever-increasing spiritual and material needs of people in Neijiang.
