Abstract:
Inverse distance weighted, triangular linear interpolation, Hermite interpolation are used to analyze the distribution of eight kinds of Heavy Metals in the same area, and the results were compared and it is found that only mercury is suitable for linear method and others are suitable for IDW method. It proves that the choice of an interpolation method depends largely on the distribution of heavy metals content and characteristics, which further enriches the interpolation methods’ practical application of heavy metals spatial distribution. In combination with the analysis of regional functions, the spatial distribution is made more suitable for practical use.
