Abstract:
The female counselors at universities have their own role conflict due to their own gender, psychology and the fact that they have to bear more family responsibilities. And the conflict in roles is mainly between the limitations of female counselors and requirement for the counselors, and between the self-development of female counselors and their duties. And the conflict between roles comes between their professional roles and their family ones. Such role conflict of female counselors easily leads to job burnout which will greatly influence the stability of counselor staff and students education. To solve such problems, we can take some coping measures from two perspectives: universities and female counselors themselves.
