基层公安人员培训的实证分析——以浙江省长兴县为例

An Analysis of the Training of Public Security Officers at the Grass root Level: A Case Study of Changxing County, Zhejiang Province

摘要: 培训是提高公安机关工作人员素质与能力的有效途径之一。加强基层公安人员培训工作可从以下几方面着手：适时更新观念，进一步提高基层公安人员对培训的认识；完善培训机制，进一步提高基层公安人员培训的管理水平；以人为本，进一步提高基层公安人员培训方式的科学性。

Abstract: The training is one of the effective ways of improving qualities and abilities of public security officers. To strengthen such work, we can start our training with the following: timely renewing of our concepts and improving the understanding of training of public security officers at the grass root level; perfecting the training system and improving further the management of such training work; improving the scientificaness of the training with people orientation.
