Abstract: From the perspective of information system, the Chinese competence reflects nine different dimensions, each of which involves two levels: retelling and creation. This has provided an entirely new perspective for the macroscopic mastery of essential elements of the Chinese competence and the guidance for the cultivation of such competence in teaching practice.
