Abstract: The new local undergraduate universities should have the strong sense of quality, change their teaching conceptions, keep straight their consciousness of quality and quality supervision, and strengthen the supervision of their teaching quality in an attempt to improve such quality. Further, they should become aware of the current situation, examine themselves to see if there are any leaks or weakness in their systems, make best use of advantages and bypass the disadvantages, and perfect the internal supervision system of quality to improve the quality of personnel training. And finally, they should also make good plans and careful design, construct the long-term mechanism of quality supervision, and reconstruct the strict quality control system to increase the quality of personnel training.
