Abstract:
Based on theories in sociology, economics, management, marketing science and sports industry theory and taking into account the pros and cons observed in the current College sports human resources marketization research, an objective analysis is made of the sports human resources going to market in terms of school development and social demands. An overview of the holistic situation, problems and constraints arising from the process of the PE teachers’ going to market are summed up, on basis of which, some constructive suggestions concerning the operation of marketization and the College sports human resources services are put forth.
