Abstract:
With the fast development of non-governmental sports organizations in China and in the context of constructing a powerful country by means of cultural prosperity, the task of cultural connotation construction has never become so important and urgent in China for the non-governmental sports organizations. The cultural connotation construction must be based on the Socialist Core Values, and advocate Chinese traditional culture and promote cultural innovation. In the choice of the construction strategy, we should rely on the national traditional sports items, and foster the “People-Oriented” cultural atmosphere, promote innovation in management system, increase efficiency in cultural influence, and multi-cultural personality thus to construct many multi-win-win cultural entities for the masses.
