    Study on the Degree of Tourist Satisfaction at the Tourist Attractions——A Case Study of Zigong Dinosaur Museum

    • 摘要: 自贡市恐龙博物馆是具有独特性的旅游景区,按照IPA分析法相关原理设计问卷并进行抽样调查,进一步对游客的满意度进行分析,为恐龙博物馆今后的发展提出相应的改善措施和建议:增强以人为本理念,强化服务意识;完善旅游基础设施,巩固优势因素;结合文化背景坚持不断创;扩大旅游购物与娱乐活动的消费比重.

       

      Abstract: The satisfaction degree of tourists directly affects the marketing and further development of a tourist attraction. A questionnaire is designed applying the IPA-related analytical theories and a sample survey is made to investigate the degree of tourist satisfaction through IPA analysis, aiming to put forth remedy measures or suggestions for improvement of the tourism development of the dinosaur museum: the reinforcement of the Human-centered ideology and heightening the awareness of service; perfecting tourist infrastructure and consolidation of advantageous factors; constant innovation in combination with the cultural background; expansion of the ratio of tourist shopping over tourist recreational activities.
