Abstract:
The satisfaction degree of tourists directly affects the marketing and further development of a tourist attraction. A questionnaire is designed applying the IPA-related analytical theories and a sample survey is made to investigate the degree of tourist satisfaction through IPA analysis, aiming to put forth remedy measures or suggestions for improvement of the tourism development of the dinosaur museum: the reinforcement of the Human-centered ideology and heightening the awareness of service; perfecting tourist infrastructure and consolidation of advantageous factors; constant innovation in combination with the cultural background; expansion of the ratio of tourist shopping over tourist recreational activities.
