摘要: 研究了Zn粉促进的aza-Michael加成反应,通过利用胺类化合物与α,β不饱和酯类化合物的共轭加成,成功实现了无溶剂条件下β氨基酯的环境友好合成.反应避免了有机溶剂的使用,实现了反应物、催化剂和产品的绿色化,尽可能的实现了零排放.Abstract: A rapid and efficient aza-Michael addition of aliphatic amines wit electron-deficient alkenes promoted by zinc powder under solventfree conditions was reported, and the corresponidng β amino ester compound was obtained in good to excellent yields.The reaction avoided the use of lrganic solvents, which renders the methodology highly valuable from both environment and economic points of view.
