Non-movable cultural heritages are generally of direct and indirect economic value, whose evaluation can make a reference to the method for appraisal of real estate. Of the various appraisal approaches, the income approach is of certain feasibility and practical value in that it is based on the direct and indirect income of the heritage and its economic value is evaluated on basis of its management status. Take the Xijiang Miao Minority village for example, the income approach is taken to evaluate the economic value of the non-movable cultural heritage village, which might serve as an important tool for the evaluation of non-movable cultural heritages.
