Abstract: As a systematic project, the ideological and political education of university students needs the atmosphere of overall situation. And it cannot be separated from the support, penetration and cooperation of relevant disciplines, especially the organic combination with the culture quality education. Such education at universities and the culture quality education should be mutually promoted in teaching aims, complemented and penetrated in teaching content, and should seek for the diversity of teaching methods and means. Further, they should be conducted at more stages.
