Abstract:
After years of practice and development, the human-oriented conception has become the principle and guidance for the students’ management of universities. Nevertheless, there still exist problems like the vagueness and generality of the conception, lag behind of the system, and inefficiency of technical means. In practice, we should take man as orientation and dig out the elements as conception, attitude, system, environment and techniques included in the practical subjects “human” and “materials”, hence achieve the purpose of implementation of human-oriented conception in the students’ management of universities.
