Abstract: Studies have been made around Words for Human World in academic circle from more perspectives than one. In summary, they include work sorting and compilation, realm theories, writers’ commentary, and relations with Western philosophy. WANG Guo-wei makes comments on poems of various periods, which show his inclination of valuing North and belittling its South counterpart. This inclination is closely related to the dispute concerning lyrics of North and South Song Dynasties and his poetic thought.
