    • 摘要: 刑事诉讼法教学存在认识上的误区,一定程度上已经出现明显的功利化特征,对学生技能的培养几乎成为唯一的目的。在法学教育中,观念以及思维方式的训练才是真正需要解决的课题。

       

      Abstract: There exists the misunderstanding in the teaching of Law of Criminal Procedure. To some extent, it is characterized by fame and gain and by the training of students’ technique as its only purpose. In the teaching of laws, it is the practice of concepts and thinking that becomes the subject to be dealt with.
