Abstract: The information construction of teachers’ professional files in vocational colleges is quite necessary. On the condition of following certain designing idea, we may make such construction, which mainly includes the construction of scientific and reasonable data collection platform, data application modules with perfect functions, friendly and efficient information exchange platform, a system with perfect safeguarding strategy, rational rights allotment, and excellent supporting managing regulations.
