    A Probe into the Building of Shared Vision of Students’ Organizations

      摘要
    • 摘要: 共同愿景在企业中被广泛使用，并且行之有效。根据学生组织和共同愿景的特征，将共同愿景从企业带入高校学生组织建设，在学生组织中从学生的个人愿景建立学生组织的共同愿景，可以增强学生组织的凝聚力和活力。

       

      Abstract: The concept “shared vision” is widely used in enterprises effectively. According to the features of students’ organizations and the shared vision, we bring such concept into students’ organizations in universities. Hence we can build the shared vision of the whole organization through the stimulation of students’ personal visions so that we can enhance the cohesive force of the organization.
