    A Study of Integrated Curricula of Teachers’ Education with the Orientation of Training the Normal Students’ Practical Ability

    • 摘要: 教育实践能力是教师职业素养的集中体现,然而当前教师教育课程缺少综合性、忽视实践性,不利于师范生教育实践能力的培养。因此,研究教师教育课程整合的思路与方法已是大势所趋,要以教师专业发展为导向整合课程目标与评价体系,以必修课、选修课、活动课、隐性课相结合为原则整合课程类型,以学科教学法为突破口整合课程结构,以主题为中心整合课程内容,以案例教学为基础整合实施方法。突显课程整合的系统性、理论性和可操作性。

       

      Abstract: The educational practical ability shows the teachers’ professional quality. However, the current teachers’ training curricula lack comprehensiveness and practicality. Therefore, they are not helpful for the training of normal students’ practical ability. And it is the tendency to study the orientation of integrating teachers’ educational curricula, goals of courses and evaluation system. On this basis, we can integrate various types of courses through the combination of required, optional and other courses, integrate the course structure with teaching method as the breakthrough, integrate the content of courses with the subject as the center, and integrate the teaching methods with case teaching as the basis. Thus, we can highlight the systematicity, theoretical definition and operability of the curricula integration.
