On Heterization of Teachers’ Labor

摘要: 借用马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中使用的异化理论，对教师劳动异化现象进行了论述，分析了教师劳动异化的根本原因，提出消解教师劳动异化的基本建议。

Abstract: This paper has analyzed the herterization of teachers’ labor and its reasons with Marx’s heterization theory in his Economic &Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844. In addition, the author has put forward some proposals for reducing such heterization.
