Abstract: There exist rich clean-fingered thoughts in Analects. Confucius’ political thoughts about governors who should be kind and diligent, love his people and neglect interest, are an important part of Chinese traditional anti-corruption culture and still have their charm. In new situation, the enhancement and improvement of our party’s construction should be on the basis of sticking to guiding ideology of Marxism and referring to the essence of traditional anti-corruption thoughts. The excavation of the essence of Confucius’ anti-corruption thoughts is of great realistic significance to the driving of our party’s construction of new projects.
