Abstract: The realization of party members’ subject status is both a theoretical and practical problem. It needs both party organizations’ effort and party members’ personal effort. The exertion of education and learning can evoke the party members’ subject awareness, form their subject ability and thus realize their subject status. And it is the guarantee to make and perfect relevant rules and hence form a system with party members as subjects. The key to realizing such subject status is to fulfill their duties and arouse their subject motive force.
