    Design of the Intelligent Controller for Numerical Control Machine

    • 摘要: 研究与开发性能优良的进给伺服系统是现代数控机床的关键技术之一.将模糊控制应用于数控机床的直线电机位置伺服系统中,通过仿真结果表明,将模糊控制技术和传统的PID控制相结合的进给控制器提高响应速度的同时,也改善了系统的适应能力、减小了稳态误差.

       

      Abstract: It is one of the key technologies to research and develop the Servo Feed System with high performance for modern Computer Numerical Control machine. An attempt was made to apply fuzzy control to the Linear Motor Position Servo System for the numerical control machines and a simulation test finds that the combination of the fuzzy control technology and the traditional PID control can accelerate response of the feed controller and the system adaptability, and at the same reduce the steady-state error.
