    Reflections on the Improvement of Evaluation System of Teachers ’ Performance In Universities

    • 摘要: 高校教师绩效考核评价是教育评价的重要组成部分,对促进教师的职业发展和提高教育教学质量具有重要的作用,也是教师管理中的一个难点。高校教师绩效考核应坚持科学性、公平性、差异性、实用性和制度化等基本原则,注重加强考核指标体系的规范性,建立科学合理、适合高校发展特点的考核体系,健全教师绩效考核管理制度。

       

      Abstract: The evaluation of teachers’ performance is an important part of education evaluation in universities. And it plays a key role in improving the teachers’ professional development and raising educational quality. In addition, it is a difficult point in the teachers’ management. Such evaluation of teachers’ performance in universities should stick to the principles of scientificity, fairness, otherness, practicality and systemization. Meanwhile, the evaluation system should be standardized. On this basis, we can establish scientific and reasonable evaluation system which matches the development of universities. Further, the management of such evaluation can be perfected.
