Abstract: Taking the stakeholders of the Xiamei ancient-village tourism as the research subjects, the concept of tourism stake-holders’ ecological niche was put forth through the introduction of ecological niche theory. On the basis of an empirical study of the current ecological niche of the tourism stakeholders in the Xiamei Ancient Village, the ecological niche of the village is discretely optimized, thus to bring forth an advantage of differentiated ecological niche so as to relieve the conflict of interests among the tourism stakeholders of the village.
