On the AFP Immunosensor Based on Gold Nanoparticles and TiO2-BSA Composite

摘要: 采用纳米金和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)-二氧化钛(TiO2)固载抗体制得灵敏度较高的甲胎蛋白(AFP)免疫传感器,采用了循环伏安法对传感器的制备过程进行表征.实验结果表明,该传感器对AFP有很好的电流响应,其线性范围为0.01~80.0ng/mL,检出限为0.003ng/mL.该实验方法具有电极制备简单,操作简便,灵敏度高等特点,实现了对AFP的定量分析.Abstract: By adopting gold nanoparticles and BSA- TiO2 antibody, a highly sensitive amperometric immunosensor for the determination of AFP was prepared and was then utilized to link gold nanoparticles (nano-Au)for the immobilization of anti-AFP. The preparing process of the immunosensor was characterized by the cyclic voltammetrys. The results showed that the immunosensor possesses a highly sensitive current response,with a linear range of 0.01~80 ng/mL and a detection limit of 0.003 ng/mL. The preparing method is characterized by easy electrode preparation, simple procedures and high sensitivity which helps fulfil the quantitative analysis of AFP. .
