    蛹虫草提取液和氨基酸对小鼠运动疲劳的影响

    Effects of Cordyceps Militaris Extract and Amino Acids on Exercise-induced Fatigue in Mice

    • 摘要: 为探讨服用蛹虫草提取液和氨基酸对小鼠运动疲劳和抗缺氧的影响,建立训练鼠实验模型,灌服小鼠蛹虫草提取液和氨基酸,测定小鼠游泳力竭、爬竿、耐缺氧时间和运动训练血乳酸水平变化.结果显示:蛹虫草提取液复合灌喂训练模型小鼠,小鼠游泳力竭和爬竿及耐缺氧时间显著地长于生理盐水对照实验组小鼠(P<0.05).蛹虫草提取液复合组与蛹虫草提取液单独灌喂组一样,游泳训练鼠的血乳酸水平变化显著地低于对照组和氨基酸处理组(P<0.05).蛹虫草提取液和氨基酸复合对运动小鼠抗疲劳和运动生理机能的改善有积极作用.

       

      Abstract: To investigate the effect of cordyceps militaris extract and amino acids on exercise-induced fatigue and endurance to hypoxia in mice, a model of exercise -induced fatigue in mice was established. After being gavaged with cordyceps militaris extract and amino acids,the time of swim-exhausted exercise,climbing pole, endurance to hypoxia and the change of lactic acid in blood were measured for the mice. Results showed that exercise-exhausted mice, when gavaged with cordyceps militaris extract and amino acids, gave a significantly better performance in respects of the time of swim-exhausted exercise,climbing pole and endurance to hypoxia than when gavaged with saline(P<0.05). The change of lactic acid in the blood of the mice gavaged with cordyceps militaris extract and amino acids, being the same as that of the mice gavaged with merely cordyceps militaris extract, was significantly lower than that of the mice gavaged with saline or amino acids respectively(P<0.05). In Conclusion, Cordyceps militaris extract in combination with amino acids can actively decrease exercise-induced fatigue and improve sports physiological function in mice.
