Abstract:
A total of 51 piece from three collections of responsorial
ci, are missed in
Yongzheng and Qianlong Volume of A Collection of Ci of Qing Dynasty. These three collections include
Responsorial Ci of Jiezhuxuan, Yuefu Ci Supplemented, and
An Anthology of Responsorial Ci Titled Sounds of Autumn. Textual research has verified that the authors of these three collections all lived during the Yongzheng and Qianlong reigns. Therefore, they are compiled here for future adoption in supplements or continuations of the anthology. Following the volume’s principle of arranging authors by their works, this paper has supplied the titles for the missed
ci. Original annotations within the
ci are marked in smaller fonts to maintain the integrity of the texts. Furthermore, it provides a brief textual account of the omitted poets, which includes their surnames, courtesy names, native places, and life stories are included as well.
