“双碳”目标下既有公共建筑改造碳排放计算方法研究与应用

摘要: 我国建筑行业进入存量提质和城市更新的新时期,探索既有公共建筑改造的碳排放计算有助于完善建筑碳排放计算方法.本文根据既有公共建筑改造的特点,确定了碳排放计算边界条件,采用碳排放因子法建立了既有公共建筑改造的碳排放计算模型,通过项目案例验证了既有公共建筑改造碳排放计算方法,结果显示建筑材料生产和运输对既有建筑改造碳排放的影响最大,提出了既有建筑低碳改造的优化策略.为既有公共建筑改造减碳提供数据依据,为推进建筑转型发展和城市更新绿色低碳建设提供参考.Abstract: The construction industry of our country has entered a new period of stock improvement and urban renewal, and it is helpful to explore the calculation methods of building carbon emission from the renovation of existing public buildings. Based on the characteristics of existing public building renovation, this paper determined the boundary conditions for carbon emission calculation, adopted the carbon emission factor method to establish the carbon emission calculation model of existing public building renovation, verified the carbon emission calculation method of existing public building renovation through project cases, analyzed and discussed the carbon emission factors affecting the building renovation, and provided data basis for carbon reduction of existing public building renovation. It provides a reference for promoting the development of architectural transformation and the green and low-carbon construction of urban renewal.
