    The impact of social support on career preparation behaviors of college students majoring in physical education: the mediating role of career decision-making self-efficacy and the regulating role of psychological resilience

    • 摘要: 采用社会支持量表、职业准备行为量表、职业决策自我效能感量表、心理弹性量表对四川省5所高校771名体育教育专业大学生进行调查,通过Bootstrap方法对变量间的中介和调节效应进行分析.结果显示:(1)社会支持能够正向预测职业准备行为.(2)职业决策自我效能感在社会支持对职业准备行为的关系之间具有显著的正向中介作用.(3)心理弹性负向调节社会支持对职业决策自我效能感的作用.随着心理弹性水平的提升,社会支持对职业决策自我效能感的影响越弱.因此,从体育教育专业大学生的社会支持角度出发,可通过提升其职业决策自我效能感,促进其积极应对职业问题.但需注意心理弹性的调节作用,在心理弹性水平较低的个体中,应对其给予更多的社会支持,来促进个体的职业决策自我效能感.

       

      Abstract: A survey was conducted on 771 physical education majors from five universities in Sichuan Province using social support scales, career preparation behavior scales, career decision-making self-efficacy scales, and psychological resilience scales. The Bootstrap method was employed to analyze the mediating and regulatory effects between variables. The results show that (1) social support can positively predict career preparation behaviors. (2) career decision-making self-efficacy plays a significant positive mediating role in the relationship between social support and career preparation behaviors. (3) Psychological resilience negatively regulates the role of social support in enhancing career decision-making self-efficacy. As psychological resilience levels rise, the impact of social support on career decision-making self-efficacy diminishes. Therefore, from the perspective of social support for undergraduate students majoring in sports education, enhancing their career decision-making self-efficacy can promote their proactive response to occupational issues. But it is important to note the regulatory role of psychological resilience, and in individuals with lower levels of psychological resilience, more social support should be provided to promote career decision-making self-efficacy.
