    以教育家精神引领新时代"大先生"培育: 内在逻辑、价值意蕴与实践路径

    Educator Ethos as Guidance for Nurturing of Paragons in the New Era: The Internal Logic, Value Implication, and Practical Pathways

    • 摘要: 大力弘扬教育家精神,培育新时代"大先生"是推动教育高质量发展的必然要求。中国特有的教育家精神蕴含着崇高的教育使命、深厚的教育情怀、卓越的教育理念和高尚的师德风范,对引领新时代"大先生"培育具有深远的意义。从内在逻辑来看,教育家精神与新时代"大先生"在教育目标上具有一致性,在教育内核上具有同向性,在教育实践上具有互动性。从价值意蕴来看,以教育家精神引领新时代"大先生"培育高水平教师队伍,落实立德树人的根本任务,进一步推进中国式教育现代化。从实践路径来看,以教育家精神强化教师思想引领,优化教师教育能力,深化体制机制改革是培育新时代"大先生"的路径选择。

       

      Abstract: To advance high-quality education for the new era, it is essential to strengthen the educator ethos by cultivating paragons, exemplary educators, who can serve as role models. China’s distinct educator ethos encompasses a lofty mission, deep commitment, innovative philosophies, and exemplary ethics, providing significant guidance for nurturing these exemplary educators. Inherently, the educator ethos and the concept of an exemplary educator align in their educational goals, core principles, and practical dynamics. In terms of guiding the development of a high-caliber teaching workforce, this ethos is of paramount value. It serves as the cornerstone for achieving both the educational goal of virtue cultivation and Chinese path to educational modernization. Practically, the path involves leveraging educator ethos to strengthen teachers’ guidance in education of moral and core values and to enhance their pedagogical competencies. It also entails advancing institutional reforms to systematically cultivate the exemplary educators of the new era.
