    教育家精神赋能教师专业发展的价值逻辑与实践进路

    Empowering Teachers’ Professional Development through Educator Ethos: The Rationale and Practical Path

    • 摘要: 教育家精神和教师专业发展具有内在融合性。教育家精神的内涵遵循"始端—中端—终端"的逻辑脉络。以教育家精神赋能教师专业发展,诠释其中蕴含的理念重塑价值逻辑、目标整合价值逻辑、情感共鸣价值逻辑。通过强化理想信念,把握教育家精神赋能教师专业发展的着力方向;培养高尚品德,提升教育家精神赋能教师专业发展的主体素养;注重勤学深耕,夯实教育家精神赋能教师专业发展的行动基础;涵养仁爱品质,确保教育家精神赋能教师专业发展的常态长效。这些可以促使教师成长为新时代立德树人的"大先生"。

       

      Abstract: The educator ethos and teachers’ professional development (TPD) possess inherent integration. The connotation of the ethos follows a logical sequence of three stages: initial, intermediate, and final. Empowering TPD with the ethos involves interpreting the rationale of conceptual reshaping, goal integration, and emotional resonance embedded within it. A multi-faceted approach to empowering TPD can be established through several key avenues. This involves, first, setting the focal direction by strengthening ideals and convictions. Second, it requires enhancing the necessary subjective qualities through the cultivation of loft character. Third, solidifying the foundation for action is achieved by emphasizing diligent study. Finally, long-term effectiveness is ensured by nurturing benevolent qualities. This integrated framework ultimately facilitates the growth of teachers into paragons of virtue and learning who cultivate talents with moral integrity in the new era.
