Abstract:
The integration of industry and education provides practical platforms and resource support for university students’ education on the hard-working spirit. Thus, the integration also maintains a close connection with the education of university students. The education revolves around three fundamental values. Namely, professional practical capabilities are fostered, the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship is activated, and the hard-working spirit is shaped. However, based on the concerning policy and educational practices, current education on the hard-working spirit faces three major dilemmas. Firstly, there is mismatch between courses of the education and industrial demands. Secondly, there are disruptions in university-enterprise collaboration mechanisms. Thirdly, the evaluation system is oversimplified. To address these issues, the optimization paths mainly are realized by the following four aspects. The aspects include reconstructing a modular curriculum system, establishing a mutually beneficial university-enterprise collaboration mechanism, improving diversified evaluation criteria, and constructing a digital platform that combines virtual and physical elements. Ultimately, these measures can cultivate innovative students who adapt to the development of the intelligent economy and achieve the effective connection between the education chain and the industrial one.
