    英语教育实证类本科毕业论文的选题研究——以内江师范学院外国语学院为例

    A Study of Topic Selection for Empirical Undergraduate Thesis of English Education with School of Foreign Languages, Neijiang Normal University as an Example

    • 摘要: 聚焦英语师范生的本科毕业论文,可以揭示其论文选题的发展趋势、主题特征。对2020至2024届毕业生710篇实证类论文题目的对比分析发现,论文选题存在创新性不足、研究视角狭窄、研究学段局限、质性方法缺位、以及对读写技能过分偏重等问题。针对这些问题,可从以下方面进行应对,即选题的多样性与创新性、研究主题的平衡、质化方法的应用、研究目标的年龄段和语言技能、研究方法的多样性与深入度等。

       

      Abstract: The forcus on the undergraduate thesis of normal university students can help to reveal the development tendency and characteristics of their topic selection. The analysis on 710 topics of empirical graduation papers from 2020 to 2024 reveals that there exist some problems like inadequate creativity, narrow research perspectives, limited research field, lack of scientific qualitative methods and emphasis on reading and writing. To cope with such problems, we can pay more attention to the following points: diversity and creativity of topics, balance of research topics, application of qualitative methods, age group and language skills of the research objects, and diversity and depth of the research methods.
