Abstract:
In-depth industrial optimization and upgrading is an important goal to achieve high-quality economic development during the "14th Five-Year Plan Period". Based on the previous research and the industrial development situation in the new era, the article constructs the evaluation index system of industrial optimization and upgrading level, which includes four levels of criteria: industrial quality, industrial transformation, green development, and structural upgrading; and calculates the weights and comprehensive indexes of the indicators by using entropy weighting method and multi-objective linear weighting method. Using entropy weighting method and multi-objective linear weighting method to calculate the weights of the indicators and comprehensive indexes, using ARCGIS tools to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of 30 provinces, and evaluating the level of industrial optimization and upgrading in different dimensions. The results show that: 1,the level of industrial optimization and upgrading shows a gradual upward trend over time, the quality of industry tends to be better, the degree of industrial transformation deepens, green development becomes the mainstream, the industrial structure is more rationalized, highly advanced and advanced; 2, there are big differences in the level of industrial optimization and upgrading in various regions of China, and the overall level shows the characteristics of "high in the east, flat in the middle, and low in the west". The overall level is characterized by "high in the east, flat in the middle and low in the west". Finally, it puts forward countermeasure suggestions for industrial optimization and upgrading to provide reference for industrial upgrading, productivity development and other related articles.
