基于改进型遥感指数高寒山地县域生态环境研究
Research on the ecological environment of high-cold mountainous counties based on improved remote sensing indices

摘要: 利用2013-2022年Landsat遥感影像,引入山地植被指数(NDMVI)和综合盐度指标(CSI),构建改进型生态环境评价模型(ERSEI),采用了地理探测器、Sen-MK趋势检验、Hurst指数等方法,对肃南县生态环境进行了动态监测与评价,为祁连山区的保护和县域的发展提供科学的依据.研究发现:(1)2013-2022年肃南县生态环境稳定向好,变化不明显,主要经历了"上升-下降-上升"的过程.(2)明花乡和大河乡北部生态环境较差,ERSEI最低;祁连山自然保护区内的康乐镇和马蹄乡生态环境较好,ERSEI最高达0.7.(3)肃南县全域生态环境处于稳定状态,占比超过90%.改善区域分布零星,主要在明花乡西南和东南耕地区域、大河乡东北,占比6.61%.(4)自然条件和社会经济因素对ERSEI的综合影响较大,q值分别为0.60和0.62,其中降水、气温、耕地保护和畜禽量与ERSEI相关性较强.不同因子交互效应对ERSEI具有显著影响,特别是耕地保护面积与生态保护红线、气温与降水的交互作用,对提升ERSEI值至关重要.(5)肃南县近70%的土地具有生态可持续性,未来生态环境将延续当前改善趋势.Abstract: This study utilized Landsat remote sensing images from 2013 to 2022, introduced the Mountain Vegetation index (NDMVl) and Composite Salinity Index (CSl) to construct an improved Ecological Environment Evaluation Model (ERSEl). Geographic detectors, Sen-MKtrend tests, and Hurst indices were employed to dynamically monitor and evaluate the ecological environment of Sunan County, providing scientific support for the protection of the Qilian Mountains and the county's development. The study found: ①From 2013 to 2022, the ecological environment of Sunan County has shown a stable and positive trend with minimal changes, experiencing a "rise-decline-rise" process.②Minghua Township and the northern part of Dahe Township have poorer ecological environments, with the lowest ERSEl values, while the ecological environment in Kangle Town and Matie Township within the Qilian Mountains Nature Reserve is better with the highest ERSEl reaching 0.7.③The ecological environment of Sunan County is generally stable, with over 90% stability. Improvement areas are scattered, primarily located in the southwestern and southeastern farming regions of Minghua Township and the northeastern part of DaheTownship, accounting for 6.61%.④Natural conditions and socio-economic factors have a significant combined impact on ERSEl, with g-values of 0.60 and 0.62, respectively. Precipitation, temperature, cropland protection, and livestock numbers are strongly related to ERSEl. The interaction effects of different factors significantly influence ERSEl, particularly the interaction between cropland protection area and ecological protection red lines, as well as temperature and precipitation, which are crucial for improving ERSEl values.⑤Nearly 70% of Sunan County's land is ecologically sustainable, and the ecologicalenvironment is expected to continue its current improvement trend in the future.
