    地方本科院校提升国际化水平的路径探索——以内江师范学院国际化办学为例

    The Path of Internationalization of Local Undergraduate Universities: Taking Neijiang Normal University as an Example

    • 摘要: 高等教育国际化是加快建设教育强国的必然要求,也是地方本科院校服务地方经济社会发展和实现自身内涵式高质量发展的必然要求。内江师范学院在实施国际化办学过程中取得了一定的成绩,但同时也面临诸如国际化办学思想不够解放,国际化办学层次不够高,国际化办学特色不明显等问题和困境。只有坚持国际化办学理念,坚持内涵式发展,不断完善体制机制,形成鲜明的国际化办学特色,才能不断提升国际化办学水平,促进学校高质量发展。

       

      Abstract: The internationalization of higher education is an inevitable requirement for accelerating the construction of a global education powerhouse. The internationalization is also necessary for local undergraduate institutions to serve local economic and social development while achieving high-quality internal development. Neijiang Normal University has made certain achievements in implementing international education. It, however, also faces challenges such as its principle of international education which is insufficiently liberated, its levels of international education which is relatively low, and its international education which does not display distinctiveness. The university can enhance its international education and promote high-quality development only when the following aspects are realized. Firstly, the principle international education is adhered. Secondly, internal development is pursued. Thirdly, institutional mechanisms are improved continuously. Fourthly, distinctiveness of international education is formed.
