Abstract:
For the dynamic multi-attribute decision making problems of which the attribute weight information is completely known and the attribute value information is disturbing fuzzy numbers, a VIKOR-based decision making method is proposed. This method not only considers the difference degree and increase degree of each alternative, but also considers the decision-making attitude of decision makers, and at the same time sets the preference coefficient so as to consider the different preferences of decision makers for the difference degree and increase degree. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the practicability and feasibility of the method, and sensitivity analysis is carried out to illustrate the influence of different parameters on the decision results.
