    Toward Educational Modernization of Chinese Style: Dilemmas in Digital Transformation of Education and Their Practical Strategies

    • 摘要: 在数字红利与国家宏观政策双重驱动下,5G、人工智能、大数据等新时代尖端数字技术快速深入普及并应用至教育领域,为教育智能化、精准化发展提供技术支持,也为新时期推动中国式教育现代化发展提供可行方案。历经十年的规划和发展,我国教育资源平台建设成效显著、教育新型基础设施建设高效推进、教育教学系统要素快速重构。然而在此过程中,数字鸿沟凸显、治理机制不健全、教育评价滞后以及数字素养欠缺等数字化转型问题亦愈发严重。有鉴于此,需要优化资源配置,跨越地区数字鸿沟;打破传统治理壁垒,健全数字治理机制;聚焦数字化转型难点,完善数字评价体系;拓展学习培训途径,提升主体数字素养。

       

      Abstract: Driven by digital dividend and national macro policies, the sophisticated technologies as 5G, AI and big data have been rapidly popularized in and applied to the educational field, and provided technological support for intelligent and precise development of educational as well as feasible solutions to development of educational modernization of Chinese style in new times. After a decade of planning and development, significant achievements have been made in construction of educational resource platforms, new types of educational infrastructure, and rapid reconstruction of system elements of educational teaching. However, there are issues which have become increasingly serious, such as obvious digital gap, imperfect governance mechanism, lagging behind of educational evaluation, and inadequate digital literacy. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the allocation of resources to cross over the digital gap, break the traditional governance barriers, focus on key issues to improve the evaluation system, and expand the training paths to improve the subjects’ digital ability.
